Why does this site exist?
We moved to Chicago and didn't know where to find any of the local bike shops. We needed help. We figured other people needed help too. Thus, this directory of local Chicago shops for other runners, cyclists, triathletes, marathoners, and extreme distance runners was born in the hopes that like-minded athletes would:a) find the site,
b) think it was helpful,
c) visit a shop,
d) buy some amazing gear,
e) tell their friends about The Better Competitor Chicago,
f) and improve their health/set a new PR/meet some new local folks who are into what they are into.
